PDB2XML Not Working , How to use it?

Hi,

I'm trying to use PDB2XML to generate xml from given PDB file. But I'm not able to generate it.
In mdgb console I'm trying to run this command RUN  "path of PDB2xml.exe" "path of dllfile" "xml file name" . It is throwing error at "WriteEntryPoint" saying that there is not entry point defined. Please give me how to proceed on this?

I have downloaded source from this path
