Safe to delete PerfView temp files?

I noticed the temp files in %temp%\perfview use up a lot of space. I'm running PerfView from the command line with the "-zip" option. Is it safe to delete the files in %temp%\perfview after "PerfView -stop" completes and the .zip file has been written out?
