differences between Mage.exe and MageUI.exe

Hi,

I would like to do ClickOnce deployment from command line, but seems the MageUI.exe has more functionality than the Mage.exe.

For example, how to specify Update Options for a Deployment manifest?

Another question is, the MageUI.exe have an option (When populating add the .deploy extension to any file that does not have it) in theFiles tab for Application manifest, how to do the same with Mage.exe?
