Does the .NET framework support setting DSCP in QoS?

We are developing in .NET and would like to know if we have an API we can use to set theDifferentiated Services Code Point (DSCP) values in Quality of Service (QoS) ??

is it supported now in .NET framework??...any other workaround different from above???
