Latest SDK to support 4.5.2 profiler interfaces

I am looking for the SDK that supports the latest profiler interfaces for .NET 4.5.2.

I've tried the following:

.NET Framework 4.5.2 Developer Pack (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42637)
The latest SDK for windows 8.1 (http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/desktop/bg162891.aspx) (Aug 2014)

and I can't find the interface declaration in either corprof.h or corprof.idl.

Has the SDK been released as the 4.5.2 framework has been out since May 2014?
