Hi
When i start my application somehow my application crashed, and after investigation i found that there is issue in clr.dll.
I am getting the exception with clr.dll.
Following is the exception message:

I am facing this with windows 8.1 and windows server 2012 R2.
When try to apply the hot fix mentioned in one of the article http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2640103/en-us#survey
windows not allowing me to apply fix as this was fix for older version of .net framework.
One thing i observed is this issue doesn't appear for following dll version:
Windows 8 : Version 4.0.30319.18449
Windows server 2012 : Version 4.0.30319.17929
Version of dll where i am facing this issue is : Version 4.0.30319.34003( Windows 8.1 and windows server 2012 R2 has this version).
I Know this issue was accepted by microsoft and fixed in later version, but still i am facing this issue.
Please share your knowledge or tell me how to fix this issue.
