What is the Difference between .NET Core 3.0 and ASP.NET Core 3

Hi,

What is the Difference between .NET Core 3.0 and ASP.NET Core 3.0? Are they same? I know 3.0 is in preview, but all the same I would like to have my clarified.

Also what is the difference between .NET Core + Platform Extensions and .NET Standard + Platform Extensions?
